Scoring Parmesan cheese
Make cutting and scoring Parmesan cheese much easier with this Scoring Knife. Start by scoring the opposite side of the cheese and move the knife towards you while applying pressure. This allows you to effortlessly cut through the hard rind. After scoring, use our cutting devices or other Parmesan knives (such as the Breaking Knife, 254315) to split and break the cheese further.
